You request home delivery, then the selected electric bike will be delivered to your home by a courier or our own car.
The electric bike will be delivered in special packaging. In order to avoid damage during transport, the rear-view mirrors and pedals are not installed.
Apart from these, all equipment is ready to use. Every electric bike is tested before packaging and undergoes several precise quality checks.
After delivery, the buyer only needs to unpack the bike and it can be used.
1 year warranty + 1 year warranty on the vehicle, battery 8 months.

The bike is delivered in assembled condition.
